Company Information : With over one hundred years of experience in chemical manufacturing, Oak-Bark Corporation is dedicated to producing only the highest quality industrial, specialty and fine chemicals. Our Core business includes the manufacture of hexamethyleneteramine (hexamine),Silanes, formaldehyde, aqua ammonia and specialty resins. We also offer GMP manufacturing, GMP analysis and GMP raw material analysis.

Fine Chemicals : Oak-Bark Corporation's Silar Laboratories and Fine Chemical divisions have bulk chemical manufacturing and development facilities in Acme, NC.

Silanes - Oak-Bark Corporation offers expertise in the manufacture of Silanes inlcuding: organosilanes, alkylsilanes, alkoxysilanes, and silazanes.

Custom Chemical Manufacturing- Toll Manufacturing :Both the Fine Chemicals and Silar Laboratories divisions of Oak-Bark Corporation perform custom and toll conversions on a proprietary basis. Our versatile production area is well equipped to handle many different types of chemical production on an ongoing basis including coating additives, defaomers and coupling agents.

Organosulfurs : We have manufactured many types of organosulfur products including sulfides, mercaptans, isothiocyanates, thiophenols, sulfoxides, sulfones and sulfonyl chlorides.

Silar Laboratories : We can manufacture in kilogram to multi-ton scale. Fine Chemicals and Silar Laboratories, can work to customer specific criteria. We take pride in our ability to focus on our customers' needs in manufacturing custom products.

Silar Products : Silar Laboratories offer over 1000 products including; Alkoxy Silanes, Bocking Agents, Silazanes, Silicone Monomers and Silane Coupling Agents.

Special Project Production : While we are capable of running many different chemistries. We are particularly experienced with reactions involving formaldehyde, which is made in large scale in an adjacent area of our Acme facility.

Formaldehyde and Hexamine : Both Formaldehyde and Hexamine are produced in bulk at our Acme, NC facility. Formaldehyde Chemistry and hexamine production are our specialties.
