Oak-Bark Corporation’s predecessor in the chemical business was founded
in 1883. The company known today as Oak-Bark Corporation was formed in 2004 as
a result of a management buyout of Wright Corporation. Our corporate offices
are located in Wilmington, North Carolina and production facilities are in nearby
Acme.
We are a responsive company, driven by customer satisfaction. Strong financially,
we can expand our facilities to meet our customers' requirements on our 740 acre tract that includes rail service & nearby port facilities.
